I’ve been working on this album for almost a full year, and most of that time, I haven’t actually been changing anything. I’ve just been re-recording the vocals over and over, slightly tweaking the instrumentals, and redesigning the cover art. I need to just stop, say “this is good enough”, and officially save it out.
Look, as one of the few people on here who could have afforded to be on that sub, I do feel SOME sympathy for most of the passengers, if only in the sense that I, too, occasionally have the impulse to spend an immoral amount of money on something incredibly stupid and disrespectful.
However, that sympathy does NOT extend to the CEO who claimed safety wasn’t important for a submarine, and willingly boarded his own self-made death-trap. As a matter of fact, I’m of the opinion this is the way he should die; being one of the first victims of his own god-awful machine fucking imploding miles below the surface of the ocean.
One of these days, I’m going to have a dream where I start levitating, and I’m going to actually realize it’s a dream.
